Tom and Jerry Movie Eying Peter Dinklage for Lead Role

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”18658″ img_size=”900×600″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]The live-action/CGI hybrid adaptation of beloved cartoon Tom and Jerry may be getting a familiar face for its main male role. According to That Hashtag Show, Peter Dinklage of Game of Thrones is the studio’s top choice for the male lead in the film. If Dinklage chooses to accept an offer, he would be playing Terrance who is the film’s antagonist and Kayla’s boss.

Tim Story is directing the movie from a script written by Bryan Schulz, Cornelius Uliano, and Kevin Costello. Production is expected to begin in London this June, while expected to wrap up in mid to late September. We’ve learned previously that like the cartoon, Tom and Jerry will not have speaking roles.

Tom and Jerry is expected to premiere in 2020. Would you want to see Peter Dinklage in the tom and Jerry movie? Let us know![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
