Toy Robot Video has announced three new titles to join their collection on 4K UHD and Blu-Ray this November: Above the Law (1988), The Corruptor (1999), and Zipang (1990). These represent the cinematic debut of a martial arts superstar, a high-caliber buddy-cop film, and a colorful and dynamic tokusatsu fantasy. Details on these releases can be found below:

Above the Law [4K UHD Blu-Ray]

Street Date: November 10, 2026

Synopsis: Nico Toscani (Steven Seagal), a former Special Operations Vietnam vet, Aikido expert and Chicago cop finds himself onto something big while investigating an international drug ring. However, when the suspects are allowed to walk free, Nico is ordered to turn in his badge and gun. With his back against the wall and his friends and family in harm’s way, Nico decides he’s not out of the action, and no one is above the law…

Steven Seagal makes his explosive screen acting debut, smashing his way into the top ranks of action stars as he tracks ex-CIA operatives trafficking drugs and plotting a political assassination. Director Andrew Davis (CODE OF SILENCE, THE FUGITIVE) unleashes the fury all over the Windy City as Nico and his partner Jax (Pam Grier, JACKIE BROWN) close in on the psychotic crime lord (Henry Silva, SHARKY’S MACHINE, OCEAN’S ELEVEN).

Directed by James Foley (GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS) with breathtaking cinematography and spectacular action sequences, this stylish action thriller culminates in violent confrontations that force Chen and Wallace to choose between survival, loyalty, and the badge – and the blurred thin line of morality between cop and criminal.
