Warner Announces December Release Date For 4K UHD Blu-Ray Of ‘The Many Saints Of Newark’

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has announced that they will be releasing the crime drama The Many Saints Of Newark on 4K UHD Blu-Ray, Blu-Ray and DVD on December 21, 2021. The film will also be available for Premium Digital Ownership beginning November 19. The film is directed by Alan Taylor (TV’s “Game of Thrones”) from a screenplay by series creator David Chase and Lawrence Konner, based on characters created by Chase, and stars Alessandro Nivola (“American Hustle”), Tony winner Leslie Odom Jr. (Broadway’s “Hamilton”), Jon Bernthal (“Baby Driver”), Corey Stoll (“Ant-Man”), Michael Gandolfini (TV’s “The Deuce”), Billy Magnussen (“Game Night”), Michela De Rossi (“Boys Cry”) and John Magaro (“The Finest Hours”). Synopsis: Young Anthony Soprano (Michael Gandolfini) is growing up in one of the most tumultuous eras in Newark’s history, becoming a man just as rival gangsters begin to rise up and challenge the all-powerful DiMeo crime family’s hold over the increasingly race-torn city. Caught up in the changing times is the uncle he idolizes, Dickie Moltisanti (Alessandro Nivola), who struggles to manage both his professional and personal responsibilities—and whose influence over his nephew will help make the impressionable teenager into the all-powerful mob boss we’ll later come to know: Tony Soprano.
