Guardian of the Galaxy Vol. 2 has come and gone and Avengers: Infinity War told the story of how Thanos decimated Xandar to his hands on the power stone. Still there has been no mention of Nova. In a new Q&A hosted by Wired, the Russo brothers answered some Twitter fans questions and one them asked
“How do you guys not have any Nova Corps member in the fight against Thanos? … Didn’t even have to be Richard Rider”
To which Anthony Russo replied
“I would look closely at that scene again and you will see Richard Rider in the background…Easter Egg”
So now millions of fans are watching this end scene very closely to see if they can spot Nova in the sea of MCU heroes and villains that made up the final battle. The Russo’s claim he is there so now we wait for the official Nova movie announcement.
