There’s not much known about this latest installment, but that it is going to be heartbreaking, according to the likes of Tim Allen and Tom Hanks. One of the other unknowns of the movie is who Keanu Reeves will be playing, who was originally brought on in November for a mystery role. According to sources, his character’s name is Duke Kaboom and he comes from a place where discontinued toys are sent.
Sources also say that Bo Peep will see out Duke’s help in retrieving her sheep and as Observer described it, he’s the “John Wick of Toy Story”.
Toy Story 4 will also feature a new character in Forky, but who else will join this crazy bunch? Will we ever see Andy again? What about grown-up Sid? So many unanswered questions. What we do know is that Randy Newman wrote an original song called “Lonesome Cowboy”; considering the magic he’s done in the past, this will be a good one.
