Spider-Man: Homecoming was a charming, fun Marvel film with a lot of heart. Although Peter Parker meets a most unsettling end in Avengers: Infinity War, Tom Holland is not only confirmed, but currently filming his movie’s sequel, Spider-Man: Far From Home. In this movie that will not only feature Samuel L Jackson as Nick Fury and Cobie Smulders as Maria Hill, it’ll also hopefully feature Jake Gyllenhaal as the villain Mysterio. This rumor is not completely confirmed yet, but we can all cross our fingers!
Now, Tom Holland is the king of spoilers. In a recent Instagram video, Holland plugs a charity, The Brothers Trust; when his stunt double is suddenly blasted by a sudden burst of water. This could easily be looked over and laughed about, as it’s Holland making a joke about how he performs all his own stunts. There are those, though; that want to speculate why Peter Parker would be suddenly hit off guard by a wave. Was it just water or the result of another Marvel villain stepping in, Hydro-Man?
