Rian Johnson’s Knives Out has been wildly popular. One of the characters that have been a standout from the film is Daniel Craig’s, Detective Benoit Blanc. If you couldn’t get enough of Benoit, it seems that there is more to come.
According to Showbiz 411, Johnson has been commissioned to write a sequel to Knives Out. There will be a new story for Benoit, which will:
“It will have all new characters and a crime to solve for Benoit Blanc.”
These sources say that there is the potential for more movies starring Craig in a Knives Out universe. It is interesting to see that the wheels are spinning behind Johnson’s massive hit; but, we all know that once something is successful, Hollywood looks to capitalize on it.
