A24 has just announced that they will be releasing director Jane Schoenbrun‘s I Saw The TV Glow in a special Blu-Ray Collector’s Edition that will begin shipping immediately exclusively from the A24 Shop. The film earned rave reviews when it premiered at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival, and our own Fritz Couture awarded the film a 10/10. It stars Justice Smith, Brigette Lundy-Paine, Ian Foreman, Helena Howard, Fred Durst, and Danielle Deadwyler.

Special features include a filmmaker commentary with Jane Schoenbrun and Brigette Lundy-Paine, 12 deleted scenes, a new featurette detailing the all-star soundtrack, and six collectible postcards featuring special photography by Josiah Rundles and Spencer Pazer. The release will feature a Dolby Atmos audio track. Get more details below!

Synopsis: Teenager Owen is just trying to make it through life in the suburbs when his classmate introduces him to a mysterious late-night TV show — a vision of a supernatural world beneath their own. In the pale glow of the television, Owen’s view of reality begins to crack.

    Special features:

    • Filmmaker commentary with Jane Schoenbrun and Brigette Lundy-Paine
    • 12 Deleted Scenes
    • “Ear Worms: The Anthems, Tributes, and testaments of I Saw the TV Glow” featurette (11 minutes)
    • Behind the Scenes Photography by Josiah Rundles and Spencer Pazer

This is the latest of many Collector’s Editions from A24. Which of their films would you like to see get this treatment next? Let us know in the comments or over on Twitter.
