It doesn’t matter that Stumptown had previously renewed the series for a second season. ABC has reversed that renewal and has canceled the series. It seems that the studio has decided not to move forward to the complications presented by COVID-19.
It should be noted that Studio ABC Signature will be shopping Stumptown to other outlets. Stumptown starred Cobie Smulders as Dex Parios. It was well-received, but as we all know, Coronavirus has stopped a lot of series from moving forward.
