AHS Gets a Tenth Season; Two Season Vets to Direct Episodes

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”1880″ img_size=”1140×640″ alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_shadow_3d”][vc_column_text]Taking an ambitious step, American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy announced in June that the upcoming season’s story would include a Murder House and Coven crossover plotline. The new season will be called Apocalypse and see the return of Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts, Adina Porter, Billie Lourd, and Leslie Grossman. There have been plenty of different and unique tales told in each season of the FX series, including seasons centering around old fashion “freak shows” and Lady Gaga getting it on with Matt Bomer. Murder House and Coven have been among the most popular, so it’ll be interesting to see how everything plays out in this mash-up.

Some of what we know for the upcoming season is that both series veterans Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters will direct an episode each. On top of this, Sarah Paulson herself will be playing three characters on the show. That’s right, three. Two will be returning characters and one will be a new one. Knowing this information and seeing her dedication to each character as the seasons progress, one must ask what must Paulson do in order to win an Emmy?

Finally, on top of all this excitement, we’ve gotten confirmation that American Horror Story will return for a tenth season as well. The horror show has been a fan favorite since the beginning, frightening audiences and twisting their perceptions of reality. We will keep you updated as more information comes our way!
