Previously they re-released The Avengers and the Captain America trilogy on 4K and they’re not stopping. According to an interview with Captain Marvel executive producers Victoria Alonso and Jonathan Schwartz:

“We are going to remaster all of our films in 4K. We’re in the process of doing that, so it’s all happening.” – Alonso stated.

The people behind Collider have had nothing bad to say about the 4K re-release of the Captain America movies, so I can only imagine what the others will look like. Just imagine Iron Man and Guardians of the Galaxy in beautiful 4K format. There are no definitive dates as to when these films will be re-released, but it is something to look forward to.

In the meantime, Captain Marvel will be available in 4K, Blu-ray, and DVD on June 11th.
