I loved the first season of Netflix’s Altered Carbon. Based on Richard Morgan’s novels, the show takes place many years in the future. In this dystopian world, death has become an outdated concept. With the use of sleeves (which are new bodies) someone can move from one sleeve to another, cheating death. Season one starred Joel Kinnaman as Takeshi Kovacs. For season two, Anthony Mackey will be taking over as Takeshi. Because you can switch sleeves into any kind you want, there’s a world of possibilities when it comes to who can play who.

February 27th is when season two hits Netflix. In 2018, season one hit the streaming service on February 2nd. I wrote a lengthy review of season one, which you can check out here. It’s a really enjoyable Sci-Fi series that I suggest anyone check out!
