The series, which premiers August 30th, stars Orlando Bloom and Cara Delevingne and is set in a Victorian fantasy world. This is a world that is populated by both humans and immigrant mythological creatures. Since they were forced from their homelands by the invasion of man, the supernatural beings struggle to coexist with humans.
The series stars Bloom as Rycroft Philostrate, a human detective who has rekindled an affair with a faerie named Vignette Stonemoss (Delevingne). This is while he investigates a string of murders that threatens to upend the uneasy peace between the supernaturals and the humans. Are you looking forward to the series? It looks interesting and as I am in search for a new show since Game of Thrones faded off in the sunset, I’ll check it out. How about you? Will you give a Carnival Row a look?
