It seems now that the project has nabbed Thor: Ragnarok director Taika Waititi to co-write and produce Time Bandits. He will also serve as an executive producer, alongside Gilliam and Dan Halsted.
On top of Ragnarok, Waititi also is responsible for What We Do in The Shadows and the upcoming Mandalorian series for Disney+. As one of the hottest directors on the circuit right now, bringing him in adds huge value to this project. Are you excited for the reboot series?
