[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”16005″ img_size=”900×500″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]Yesterday, we reported that Armie Hammer was in final talks to play Batman in Matt Reeves’ upcoming movie, which was sourced by Revenge of the Fans. But, even the best scoops/sources can end up not being true, as Hammer is now debunking this. While he’s been a fan-favorite to replace Ben Affleck, he is stating that he has not been approached about the role officially:
“No one who can actually give me the job has asked me if I’m interested. I don’t even know if they are done – they are still working on a script. I don’t think that they are close to production but I can conclusively tell you that no one has checked my availability, which is a bummer.”
This certainly is strange, considering all of the reports that have been putting it out there that he has been penned to play Bruce Wayne. We’ll have to see, if after all this; he does actually become the Caped Crusader. If not, who is your pick to pick up the role?
