Deadline exclusively reports that both Brandon Routh and Tyler Hoechlin will be suiting up as the Man of Steel himself, Superman, in the highly anticipated Crisis on Infinite Earths Arrowverse crossover taking place later this year. Hoechlin regularly plays the character on Supergirl, while Routh portrayed him on the big screen in 2006’s Superman Returns. Routh also plays Ray Palmer aka The Atom on Legends of Tomorrow who was introduced in Arrow back in its third season.
The five-episode event featuring Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl and newcomer Batwoman, will begin airing in December and conclude in January.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
