Former American Idol contestant and pastor Caleb Flynn has officially been found guilty of all charges in connection to the murder of his wife, Ashley Flynn. During the trial, it was revealed that Caleb was having an affair with fellow church singer Alleigha Botner. Prosecutors argued that Flynn killed his wife to start a new life with his mistress.
On September 29, 2026, a jury of his peers found Caleb guilty on all counts. Flynn was found guilty on all nine charges: one count of aggravated murder, three counts of murder, two counts of felonious assault and three counts of tampering with evidence.
Sentencing for Caleb Flynn will be held at 3 p.m. on October 5th of this year.
