Charlie Cox Does Not See A Fourth Season of ‘Daredevil’ Happening

Among the many Marvel shows that Netflix gave the axe to, nothing was more shocking that the cancellation of Daredevil. It’s third season was just released and it was well received by both fans and critics. Unfortunately, the one evil villain Daredevil couldn’t defeat was the internal politics between Netflix and Disney.

That being said, with Disney+ up and running, many fans thought that Daredevil might find a new home on their streaming service. However, this has not been in the works as of yet. Recently, Daredevil Star Charlie Cox was asked, in conjunction with a recent Daredevil Quarantine Party on Comicbook.Com, if it could happen. His answer might be a disappointment to fans.

I don’t feel that way, no. And, I don’t know why I don’t feel that way, But, I haven’t been given any reason to believe that. And, from a cynical point of view, it just feels like maybe I’m trying to protect myself, ’cause I’d love nothing more than to do it again.

So while the actor is not hopeful of the possibility, it doesn’t mean that he has totally accepted defeat. There could be a way to make it work. Optimistically speaking:

You know, maybe it would just be one of those things where it just comes together and works really, really well.

Daredevil fans everywhere are hoping that it does work out. But only if Disney/Marvel can get off the snide and make it happen. Perhaps, once the whole CV19 pandemic finds an ending.
