Now that Chris Hemsworth’s initial work of the Men in Black reboot is done, he has begun work on his next project, a NetFlix original film Dhaka. The production is currently in India with director Sam Hargrave and Hemsworth now has shared some pictures on social media.
Week one down here in India. By far some of the most intense action sequences I’ve been apart of and the heat certainly adds an edge to it but damn we’re getting good stuff!! gonna be unreal. The first shot is of our director, the insanely talented Sam Hargrave ???? #Netflix pic.twitter.com/Ws04AwrID1

Hargrave is an interesting story as this is his directorial debut following his previous job as Chris Evans’ stunt double in the Marvel’s films. Apparently, if it is true that this will indeed be Evans last go-round as Captain America, it freed up Hargrave to pursue other interests…like directing Chris Hemsworth.
The synopsis for Dhaka goes as follows:
Dhaka is an action-packed drama about a worn-out mercenary named Rake (Hemsworth) hired to save the son of a businessman who has been kidnapped in the titular city in Bangladesh.
The film was written and produced by Marvel veterans Joe and Anthony Russo. Does this latest Chris Hemsworth film gather your interest? Does the involvement of so many Marvel contributors inspire your confidence in the project? Share your thoughts with GVNation.
