Clark Gregg Reveals Who Among His S.H.I.E.L.D Co-Stars Should Make It To The Big Screen

The last season of Agent’s of S.H.I.E.L.D has reached the 1/3rd point and it has been great thus far. And while Star Clark Gregg has already moved on to other things, that doesn’t mean he hasn’t given thought on the possible future of his fellow Agents. That includes which characters he believes should be seen in the greater MCU. He expressed this opinion in a recent interview with Looper.

I think, at some point, they really ought to have Daisy Johnson [Chloe Bennet] quake her way into one of these movies. FitzSimmons [Iain De Caestecker and Elizabeth Henstridge] really, too. I think they’re really vital Marvel characters at this point. I think there’s a lot of freedom. I know that there have been a lot of divisions because of different corporate entities, but it all seems like it’s under one roof now. Kevin [Feige]’s brilliant, and he can do whatever he wants.

And if it’s not the Cinema based MCU, Gregg thinks there could be also a place for Daisy, Fitz, and Simmons in a possible upcoming Disney+ series.

“You never know. You never know what you’re going to see.” He clarified, “It sounds like a tease… I don’t know anything.”

I for one would welcome a transfusion of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. into the MCU. Chloe Bennett’s Quake is a natural fit. While anyone would benefit with the brain power of FitzSimmons. Now that the MCU has lost the genius of Tony Stark, two more brainiacs certainly wouldn’t hurt.

Could you see Quake take a place in the MCU? How about FitzSimmons? Share where you think any of them might fit in with us at GeekVibesNation.
