Comic Review: Scooby Doo: Where Are You? #98

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”19957″ img_size=”411×632″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]It’s Scooby Doo in Scotland and Japan in the latest issue of Scooby Doo: Where Are You?

This 98th issue is classic Scooby Doo from the classic cartoon that we all grew up and loved. In classic animation, the group enjoys the culture of both Scotland and Japan, all the while Shaggy and Scooby concern themselves with the cuisine of the land. Which, is that any surprise to anyone? You can’t really blame them though and this issue also explores some of the cultural milestones of the country.

As usual, with any classic Scooby Doo tale; some supernatural being appears and it causes the gang to have to take a pause in their vacation in order to deal with the problem at hand. I know I keep using the word “classic”, but for anyone who enjoyed watching the cartoon when you were a child, you will know exactly what I mean.

All in all, this is an enjoyable issue, but it’s nothing too unique in storytelling, but if you’re a fan of the franchise, then you will certainly enjoy having this in your collection, as almost a little bit of a bit of nostalgia. If you are a fan of Scooby Doo and just love anything that has to do with the franchise, then you should definitely pick up this issue.

For a really great Scooby Doo tale as well, you should also check out Scooby Doo: Apocalypse.[/vc_column_text][vc_images_carousel images=”19958,19959,19960,19961,19962″ img_size=”411×632″ speed=”3000″ autoplay=”yes” wrap=”yes”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
