Spider-Man: Far From Home has been told to take place minutes after the events of Avengers 4. Though we don’t know what will transpire in Avengers 4, we do know (or hope) that Peter Parker comes back, considering he was turned to dust in Infinity War. In Far From Home, we know that Parker will be out of his normal neck of the woods, considering filming for the movie has taken place in London, Czech Republic, and all over Europe. Nick Fury and Maria Hill also join him, as well as a rumor that Pepper Potts will be there as well.
Now, there are rumors that Far From Home might be a prequel movie. Some suspect that due to the involvement of Fury and Hill in the movie, that the movie that kicks off Phase 4 will be a prequel. A prequel that is, to Infinity War. It wouldn’t be the first time that a movie would be a prequel and would maybe explain what Parker has been up to since the end of Spider-Man: Homecoming, as well as explain why Nick and Maria were together in the end credit scene in Infinity War.
Personally, I don’t see this as a prequel, but what are your thoughts?
