The evil woman from 101 Dalmatians is getting her own movie and it seems that production will begin this summer in London, England. Craig Gillespie of I, Tonya is set to direct, replacing Alex Timbers who ran into scheduling problems, causing him to leave the project.
Below is a synopsis of the movie:
Estella (Cruella De Vil) lives on the streets of 1980’s London with other hoodlums, where we learn the real origins behind Estella’s hatred of Dalmatians. Production on the film is expected to begin at the end of the year but as of right now, there is no release date set for Cruella.
Cruella will most likely have a 2020 release date.
