Especially with all the information about new footage that we are finding out about. Plus, David Harbour and Rachel Weisz? Sign me up. Apparently, there were things shown at D23 this year and several outlets have reported new tidbits of info about Harbour’s Red Guardian.
In this new footage, reported by Snippet Media; we see Harbour’s Alexi in his full costume. The footage shows Alexi as looking disheveled. At some point, Alexi sits with Scarlett Johansson’s Natasha and Florence Pugh’s Yelena Belova and exclaims, “Family, back together again!”

I like the idea of Alexi being “past his prime” and in a former interview with Harbour, the actor described his character as a relic from the Cold War. Considering all of these characters have deep roots in a Cold War/KGB era of the Soviet Union, it’s interesting seeing how the characters adjust to today’s world. After all, Steve Rogers was a “relic” that adapted, but did Alexi?[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
