Iron Fist season two is only a couple of days away and we have a month until New York Comic Con. On top of all this excitement, fans of The Defenders can get pumped for another reason as well. Daredevil will participate in Marvel’s takeover of the popular convention, getting together at the Madison Square Garden annex of NYCC. We aren’t 100% sure, but rumors have it that Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio, and Joanna Whalley will be some of the cast members that will take to the stage t promote the upcoming season. The third season of Daredevil is highly anticipated, as we’ll finally see the fallout from the second season and those close to Matt Murdock discovering he is not dead.
Daredevil Season Three will follow the “Born Again” storyline from the comics.
Jeph Loeb is also set to make an appearance, so hopefully, we’ll have some surprise pop-ups and juicy tidbits coming our way. The Punisher was meant to have a panel last year, but due to the unfortunate events in the Las Vegas shooting, Marvel and NYCC only felt it was right to pull the appearance. Because of this, I’m hoping we get some insight on The Punisher and maybe even an appearance from Jon Bernthal? That’s my wishful thinking.
Either way, Daredevil is coming to New York Comic Con, which runs from October 4th to October 7th.
