Here’s a newsflash – Two of Marvel/NetFlix’s shows have been cancelled in the last month. Ok, while that is not necessarily news at this point, the speculation of what might follow has been a matter on contention since the announcements.

One of the shows that fan’s fear might also meet with the same fate is Daredevil. This is despite what has been a positive response thus far since it’s release. With that concern, fan’s went on Twitter and wondered if perhaps Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin might go up against Tom Holland’s Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the future. This question was met with a response from another fan who suggested that Marvel’s Daredevil was facing cancellation.

Being a man of man of little words, D’Onofrio had a simple response to this exchange: “Nope.”

Now whether this means the D’Onofrio has some inside knowledge about the show’s future or because he has not heard one way or another, he obviously isn’t assuming the worse.

Should we take the “Kingpin” at his word or should fans still be concerned? Share your thoughts with us at GVNation. Perhaps your response will be more than one word.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
