David Harbour from Netflix’s Stranger Things has looked to Twitter to make things possible. Due to a high retweet and like count, he was able to dance with penguins. Well, a fan decided to set out a challenge for Harbour. Earlier this year, said fan asked the actor what would it take for the Jim Hopper to officiant her September wedding. The answer? 125,000 retweets.
125k retweets. Provided date works with s3 shooting schedule, I will get ordained and perform ceremony. I get to read an esteemed love letter of my choosing, and after the cake is officially cut, I get the very first piece. #allthecakes https://t.co/rSku8qD7uT

Well, it seems that dreams really do come true, because Harbour really did become ordained to perform the lovely ceremony! After taking a break from social media, Harbour came back to tweet this photo out. As you can see, the lovely couple was joined by the actor in full Jim Hopper getup. Imagine having that story and photo to last a lifetime?
Hey internet. I know it’s been awhile. I retreated. Needed some space. You probably get it. But I’ve been thinking about ya in the interim. And all your retweets. And so me and some fun folks in Springfield, Illinois made good on our promise we made all those months ago. pic.twitter.com/fZK8zNMQSi

While Stranger Things season three won’t be coming out this fall, you can see Harbour and the rest of the talented cast in the previous two seasons, which are currently available on Netflix.
