Details Emerge Regarding Canceled ‘BOBA FETT’ Film

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”9305″ img_size=”900×500″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]Unfortunately, Boba Fett has been scrapped. The lack of success of Solo: A Star Wars Story was eye-opening for Lucasfilm that has decided to not move forward with the solo film which would have focused on the well-known bounty hunter.

We are now learning that the movie would have surrounded Fett and other bounty hunters Dengar, Zuckuss, Bossk, and droids 4-Lom and IG-88, which were assembled by Darth Vader. According to Lucasfilm’s chief Kathleen Kennedy, the Boba Fett movie is “100% dead”; sorry Fett fans.

Disney is instead focusing on Jon Favreau’s upcoming television, The Mandorlorian; series on their own streaming service.

Are you disappointed by the scrapping of Boba Fett? Do you feel that the Star Wars franchise shouldn’t try to do what the MCU and DCEU are doing with extended universes? Let us know!
