The 2007 hit film Enchanted is getting a sequel – announced at the Disney Investor Day. On top of knowing its titled – Disenchanted – we also know that a certain someone will be returning.
According to DisInsider, Patrick Dempsey will return to play Robert Phillip. In addition, Robert’s daughter Morgan will return as well. No one has been cast yet to play Morgan either. DisInsider also reports that the studio is looking for a new actress to play the main villain.
Brigette Hales has been attached as the writer. Adam Shankman will direct the upcoming movie.
Disenchanted will see Amy Adams return as Giselle. Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz will also return to write new songs for the sequel.
