    Disney To Release The Classic George Lucas Fantasy Tale ‘Willow’ On 4K UHD Blu-Ray This December

    Disney has officially announced that the classic fantasy tale Willow will be available to own on 4K UHD Blu-Ray SteelBook on December 10, 2024. The film from legendary filmmakers George Lucas and Ron Howard stars Val Kilmer, Joanne Whalley, Warwick Davis, and Jean Marsh. Nominated for two Oscars, the 1988 timeless classic follows a young farmer, Willow Ufgood (Davis), who is chosen to undertake a perilous journey to protect a special baby from an evil queen. The new release will be available with HDR and DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio. Get the details below!

    Synopsis: From legendary filmmakers George Lucas and Ron Howard comes Willow, a timeless fantasy tale where heroes come in all sizes. When Willow Ufgood (Warwick Davis) finds an abandoned baby girl, he learns she is destined to end the reign of wicked Queen Bavmorda. Willow teams up with a rogue swordsman (Val Kilmer) to protect the child against the darkness. It’s the ultimate story of good versus evil — with magic and danger.
