[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”33898″ img_size=”900×500″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]Kevin Feige is making his rounds promoting the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe which kicks off in 2020 beginning with Black Widow. Feige talked some about another movie coming in 2021, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Feige says that film will introduce us to characters we’ve not yet seen in the MCU
“The next Doctor Strange film, for instance, features some new MCU characters which will be making their debut in that movie you won’t expect or won’t guess who it is but we found a cool way to make it work because we want to make a particular type of movie there and there was a character who we always wanted to do something with who will fit really well there.”
It remains to be seen if these characters will be left out of marketing to be a surprise or if they will be included. Who knows who these characters might be but with Disney now owning Fox, one could assume we might start seeing some characters from the X-Men universe. In the comics Scarlet Witch is the daughter of Magneto so it’s possible something X-Men or even Fantastic 4 could be introduced.
