‘ETERNALS’ Gemma Chan Talks Returning to the MCU After ‘Captain Marvel’

We cannot wait for Marvel’s Eternals – especially now that director Chloe Zhao has won an Oscar for her movie Nomadland. Another thing we can’t wait for is all of the fantastic characters and actors – including one that we’ve seen before in the MCU.

Gemma Chan previously played Minn-Erva in 2019’s Captain Marvel, but now will play Sersi in The Eternals. Chan recently sat down for an interview to talk about coming back for another MCU film as a different character:

“It’s such a different beast doing those big studio superhero films—there may be hundreds of people on-set; it’s a huge machine, and you feel very much like you’re a cog that fits into it. I feel very lucky to be back in the MCU [Marvel Cinematic Universe]; there’s been such a warm reception from the fans. I’m very excited for people to see the film.”
