I guess we can say that someone made an oopsie. Along with the trailer for Avengers: Endgame, which emotionally wrecked us; a new poster was released as well to accompany the upcoming MCU film. We were all marveling at the sheer beauty of seeing all of our favorites together, though; we know that Endgame is going to have some serious repercussions and that some players are missing, considering they disappeared at the end of Infinity War. One important character was featured on the poster, but her name was left off the top of the picture.
That would be Danai Gurira, who plays the Dora Milaje general Okoye. Okoye survived Thanos’ snap and it seems like we will certainly see more of her, but for some reason, her name was not on the list, until Twitter user @moviedrone fixed the problem.

Not only was this glaringly obvious, but strange as well, considering Gurira was featured and credited on the theatrical poster for Infinity War. But, that poster did not credit Pom Klementieff, Benedict Wong, Bradley Cooper, or Karen Gillan despite their characters being on the poster. Cooper is credited on the Endgame poster, though. Was there not enough room or did someone in the editing room miss this mistake?
Luckily, Marvel released an updated poster several hours later:
She should have been up there all this time. Check out the official Marvel Studios' #AvengersEndgame poster. @DanaiGurira #WakandaForever pic.twitter.com/5V1veWMxlz

We’re glad Marvel fixed this issue and we look forward to seeing Gurira return, as I know we will all feel for this loyal Wakandan have to come to terms with not only T’Challa having faded away, but half of the Wakandan population. Avengers: Endgame hits theaters April 26th.
