Fast 10 Could Be Split Into 2 Films Says Vin Diesel

Last week we finally got to see the brand new trailer for Fast 9 and boy did it ever deliver. Tons of the action we have come to love from the franchise plus new characters, returning characters and even characters who come back from the dead. Vin Diesel has been making the rounds promoting the film and while speaking with Total Film, Vin hints that the next Fast movie could be split into two movies.

“I started planning for Fast 10 before we started filming Fast 9. The universe is so robust and so rich with talent and rich with story that, on one level, it’s totally feasible to have spinoffs, and I think that’s something that is inevitable. Universal deserves it because of how much they’ve invested in this little saga, and it’d be good to give back to Universal. And for the fans, should Fast 10 parts one and two be the conclusion, it would be nice for this world to continue for generations to come.”

If Fast 10 is the finale to the Fast Saga then I could for sure see Universal wanting to stretch it out as far as they can. Who knows what they could have cooked up for that film. Hobbs & Shaw was a huge success at the box office so it makes sense to continue on with that franchise and Fast 10 could see Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham return. We might could even see Ryan Reynolds and Kevin Hart make appearances. The Fast movies do everything big so I say GO BIG for FAST 10!
