Comic book history reveals that Natasha Romanoff was not the only Black Widow. After her there was Yelena Belova. She trained at the same place as Natasha and if you were to ask her, she would tell you her physical test scores exceeded those of her rival Black Widow. Natasha would probably claim otherwise.
With that in mind, and with production of Marvel’s Black Widow underway, it was recently announced that the character of Yelena Belova will be part of the Black Widow story. Actress Florence Pugh will fill the role as reported on the Twitter feed below:
