Usually this was with my nephew while I pretended not to like it. He wasn’t fooled and you shouldn’t be either. When Sony has expressed the idea of revisiting the He-Man franchise, fan’s were intrigued. Unfortunately, with numerous delays and false starts, intrigued was all they COULD be. However, a glimmer of hope might have surfaced.
According to a report from Collider, Sony and Mattel Films have brought in former Iron Man writers Art Marcum and Matt Holloway to draft a new script for the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe film. Marcum and Halloway have a reputation for being brought in to fix seemingly broken projects. With credits like Iron Man, Transformers: The Last Knight, and Punisher: War Zone, they have also been proven to be quite adept at these types of scripts.
Are you hopeful that some fresh blood in the writers room will revive this long delayed film? If things get moving again, who do you believe should play the title role? Share your vision of Eternia with us at GVNation.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
