Since 2018, Ahoy Comics has been showering us with comic goodness. One of their most popular titles has been their Edgar Allan Poe series. Through 4 volumes, Ahoy has been entertaining readers with a myriad of Poe tales. Created by their talented stable of writers and artists. They are now at issue 5 in this volumes collection called Edgar Allan Poe’s Snifter of Death. In advance of the release of this issue, courtesy of our friends at Ahoy Comics, we are proud to give our readers an exclusive sneak peek of the cover, and excerpts from “A Pound of Flesh.” Written by Kirk Vanderbeek with artists Jon Proctor and Shane Oakley and colors by Richard Williams. Ahoy Comics Edgar Allan Poe’s Snifter of Death #5 is available February 23rd where all great comic books are sold.

Senior Writer at GeekVibesNation – I am a 60 something child of the 70’s who admits to being a Star Trek/Star Wars/Comic Book junkie who once dove headfirst over a cliff (Ok, it was a small hill) to try to rescue his Fantastic Four comic from a watery grave. I am married to a lovely woman who is as crazy as I am and the proud parent of a 21-year-old young man with autism. My wife and son are my real heroes.
