Lee Toland Krieger will direct several episodes for the upcoming HBO Max Green Lantern series. This will include the pilot. The Green Lantern show will see Seth Grahame-Smith as showrunner and will explore multiple different Green Lanterns.
Krieger joins the Berlanti Productions project with an impressive resume. Having directed episodes for Riverdale, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Riverdale, Prodigal Son, and Superman & Lois, Krieger has a long-standing working relationship with Greg Berlanti.
Krieger also directed the two first episodes of Netflix’s Shadow and Bone. We aren’t aware how many episodes Krieger will direct, but so far the pieces are falling in place.
