How The Events of ‘Endgame’ Could Setup Disney+ Loki’ Series

One of the first shows announced for Marvel content on Disney+ was a series based on everyone’s favorite trickster Tom Hiddleston’s Loki. The only problem was that he had an unfortunate incident on the way to the Disney + series when his neck ran into Thanos gauntlet in Avengers Infinity War. It’s kind of hard to Star in a series when you’re kind of…what’s the Word? Oh yes, Dead! However, with a certain event in Avenger’s Endgame, the character might have an inroad to his appearance.

[Warning: Spoilers] In Endgame, a trip back to 2012 and the Chitauri invasion is required. This brings them back to when Loki is captured by the Avengers and just before Thor takes Loki back to Asgard. In an unplanned incident, the 2012 Hulk, who doesn’t like elevators, accidentally knocks the Tesseract onto the floor. Being resourceful and quick to take advantage, Loki scoops up the Tesseract and vanishes. So while he may still be dead in the present, he was loose in the past which might pave a way for new stories to tell for the God of Mischief.

Are you looking forward to the new Loki series? Do you think it will have anything to do with the results of a End Game, at least as far as he is concerned? Share your Loki ideas with us at GVNation. If you haven’t seen a End Game, please do so. Marvel needs your money and you need one of the best films in the MCU.
