Iron Fist’s Tom Pelphrey Brought in for Ozark Season Three

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”24875″ img_size=”700×400″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]Iron Fist may have been canceled by Netflix, but Tom Pelphrey’s career with the streaming service lives on. Pelphrey played Danny’s frenemy in the two seasons of Iron Fist. Now, he’s been nabbed for the third season of Ozark. The actor will play Ben Davis, who is the younger brother of Wendy Byrde (played by Laura Linney).

Pelphrey is also an Emmy winner from his work on Guiding Light. This kind of actor is definitely a good thing for Ozark, who continues to put out great content. Pelphrey is joined by Jessica Frances Dukes who was in Jessica Jones. She will be playing FBI agent Maya Miller.

Considering Ozark earned five Emmy nominations for its first season and could be gunning for more for its second season, the third might prove even more lucrative with the talent being brought on. As a fan of Pelphrey’s performance in Iron Fist and Cinemax’s Banshee, I’m excited to see him on Ozark.
