Black Mirror is one of those shows where every episode leaves you in complete disarray and unlike most movies and series where the outcome is predictable, Black Mirror is anything but. The fourth season hit Netflix on December 29, 2017 and we are patiently awaiting the fifth season. Before that though, it seems we are getting an actual Black Mirror movie, Bandersnatch. In the follow photo you can see that it’s expected to debut December 28th of this year.
Bandersnatch is classified as a Netflix Film, which means it’ll most likely be a full-length feature-film, rather than just an episode. Or, it could be similar to the holiday special episode with Jon Hamm we got a few years ago.

Bandersnatch is the name of a video game that was being developed in the 1980s in the UK, but that was abandoned and never released. I have to think this will give some hints as to what we should expect from the movie.
There was also confirmation that Netflix would release a “choose your adventure” kind of episode, which would be a pretty good reason to name a special after a failed video game from the 80s. But, this was previously said to be an episode, not a feature-length movie. Either way, we will find out more on the 28th when Black Mirror: Bandersnatch hits theaters.
