‘IT: Chapter Two’ Reunites The Losers in New Set Pic

We all float here. It seems that the second chapter of the critically acclaimed IT movie has started filming. Last we saw the Losers club, they had just tussled with the dancing clown Pennywise. When released, this horror film remake was widely praised, especially Bill Skarsgard’s performance as the main character. Even I jumped a few times while watching it, enjoying the homage they paid to the original film while making it their own. The kids who were stars of the first film all worked well together, so it was a little disappointing to me to know that we would instead have the adult version in the sequel.

I’ll admit, now that I see a picture of the Losers club all grown up, my interest is piqued. IT: Chapter Two will feature James McAvoy as older Bill, Jessica Chastain as Beverly Marsh, Jay Ryan as Ben, Bill Hader as Richie, Isaiah Mustafa as Mike, James Ranson as Eddie, and Andy Bean as Stanley. Before you can see a picture of them all together, walking down a road in search of something, by the looks of it. It’ll be interesting to see how the next installment tackles adulthood for our cast and how they all come back together all these years later when Pennywise emerges again.

Bill Skarsgard will reprise his role as Pennywise the Dancing Clown and IT: Chapter Two is set to be released September 6, 2019.
