Today Gunn has debunked a rumor going around the net regarding Zatanna and her involvement in The Suicide Squad –
I have nothing against Zatanna, but I have no idea where some of this stuff comes from. I never even thought of including her in #TSS (nor many of the other characters I keep hearing are in the film). Zatanna is a fan favorite for sure and one many hope to see on the big screen someday soon but Gunn says he never even considered her. I for one am not sure where this rumor started and I will not even entertain it since Gunn debunked it. Too many “scoopers” these days putting false info out there for sure and this news no doubt will disappoint some fans.
