Blumhouse is looking to bring another monster movie classic back to the big screen.
Jason Blum’s The Invisible Man had a very successful weekend. With Blum’s films being made for virtually nothing and bringing home a huge profit, why not continue the trend? The next venture? According to the man himself, he would be interested in making a Frankenstein film.
“I would love to try and I’m waiting for the great idea.”
Nothing is in place yet, but Universal did give him the rights to The Invisible Man. After a failed Dark Universe and the success of The Invisible Man, maybe Universal will see the value in lending their monsters to someone like Jason Blum. Fans will surely appreciate it.
