The Informer, a 2019 film starring Joel Kinnaman; is finally coming to the U.S. Vertical Entertainment and Noriva, are teaming up with the U.S. to distribute this FBI spy thriller. The Informer will become available on PVOD on November 6th. It will cost $19.99 and be available on Comcast, ATT, DIRECTV, Dish, Spectrum, Verizon, Frontier, Amazon, FandangoNow, Vudu, Microsoft, Sony, and Redbox on Demand.
The Informer is about Kinnaman’s Pete Koslow. Koslow is a former special ops soldier who is working as an FBI informant. He’s there to help take down the Polish mafia drug trade in New York. The operation goes wrong, which results in the death of an undercover NYPD officer. As a result, Pete is talked into returning to Bale Hill – a prison her formally served time in for manslaughter. At Bale Hill, he’s tasked with taking the cartel down from inside.
The film also stars Rosamund Pike, Common, Clive Owen, and Ana de Armas.
