With work coming to a close soon on A Quiet Place 2, John Krasinski has had little time to think about future projects. But that doesn’t mean he hasn’t. Recently, Esquire caught up to the busy actor/director and asked him about his future plans. And if those plans might include working for Marvel.
If a Marvel movie came along, maybe, or I’m just looking for great stories and great characters really.
Of course, there has also been talk of him possibly “stretching” his acting skills for another Marvel character. Naturally he addressed that rumor as well.
I was just about to walk into the worst pun ever, but I was like, that’s a fantastic role. That would be awesome. Marvel wrote the playbook on secrecy and the awesome sort of tantalizing lay and wait until everything’s announced. I am not committed to the role or anything, but I don’t know when they’re doing it. But if and when they do it, I would love to talk to them about it.
Before any of that can happen however, he is concentrating on finishing up his commitments on A Quiet Place 2. Would you like to see a Marvel film directed by John Krasinski? How about his filling the role of Reed Richards? Become Krasinski’s agent and let us know what path he should take here at GeekVibesNation.
