The British actor starred in Northern Soul and recently wrapped up filming The Happy Worker. With these two talented actors brought in, it seems that the pilot is gearing up to break ground right out of the gate, which would be pretty hard not to do considering how popular and successful GoT is.
The show, which we’re not sure what the name is yet; will take place thousands of years before the start of Game of Thrones and will explore the descent from the Golden Age of heroes, which will surely make for some tragic television. The stories we thought we knew will be dug into. Watts will be playing a “charming socialite” who hides a dark secret.
