You could say that Marvel has a knack for taking actors who are not known to the mainstream audience and building them up. But, it seems that for The Eternals, a movie that maybe not everyone would be overly excited about; bringing in well-known actors is just the key to generate buzz.
According to MCU Cosmic, there is a rumor that actor Keanu Reeves is in talks to join the MCU. Nothing is confirmed, nor is anything in writing and we aren’t aware of what role he would play. If Reeves did join Marvel, though; this would make The Eternals probably one of the most powerful casted films for the beginning of a franchise. We have to think that this is an excellent strategy by Marvel.
Reeves has obviously shown his action acting chops with the John Wick franchise, just it will be great to see him in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Who would you want Reeves to play?[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
