Kevin Feige: New Marvel Disney+ Shows Will Impact the MCU Film Characters

The Disney+ streaming service is scheduled to begin this fall. With it, we will get our first looks at the Marvel Series of shows earmarked for the service. Thus far that includes the confirmed shows of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, and WandaVision. This far, there hasn’t been very much released as far as details of these shows. However, in a recent article in Mashable, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige recently discussed their impact on the MCU films. In the piece, he described the way the show’s will shed new light into their respective characters.

Feige’s plan is to dig deeper into the characters. They will explore them by doing “things shockingly and unexpectedly that change those characters in big ways, so the next appearance on the big screen will be informed by what they’ve gone through in Disney+ series.

If this is the case, it will be the first time since the beginning of Marvel’s Agents of Shield that there is a direct television connection to the Marvel film universe. Are you excited to see what Marvel and Disney+ does with these haracters? In addition, how could it impact what we see in the Phase Four films?
