LEGO Harry Potter Collection Making Its Way to Nintendo Switch and Xbox One

Whether you’re a fan of the Wizarding World or endlessly building away with Lego the Harry Potter collection coming to all new platforms October 30th is certainly something to get excited about. Xbox One and Nintendo Switch players are in for a real treat with more spells, jokes, and mini-kits then they could fit in Newt  Scamander’s briefcase (yes I know, Fantastic Beasts joke when talking about Harry Potter I’m clearly a useless muggle.)

Jonathan Smith, Head of Production and Strategic Director for TT Games had this to say about the release “The LEGO Harry Potter: Collection for Nintendo Switch and Xbox One grants access for a new generation of players to experience Harry Potter’s magical journey through the imaginative lens of LEGO.” “Fans of all ages can embark on a light-hearted and interactive journey inspired by beloved characters and iconic locations from the Harry Potter films.”

The collection includes all 7 years of Harry Potter’s magical adventures with revamped visuals and all DLC that was previously released.

I don’t care how old you are or what you say, you have to love the Lego games whether its Star Wars, Marvel, DC or Potter himself they have this incredible charm about them which never fails to put a smile on your face. Recently LEGO Incredibles released which definitely hit us right in the nostalgic feels so what better times for fans of the games on Xbox and Nintendo to dive into this series.

Now if your unsure what the Harry Potter collection is, lets quickly go through exactly what you’ll be getting with the collection.

The first game, Harry Potter Years 1-4 is dedicated to the first 4 films of the franchise, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. These allow you to follow Harry through his introduction to Hogwarts and the adventures he goes on in his younger years.

The second game, titled Harry Potter Years 5-7 takes the player through the final 4 films of the series, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 & 2. This takes the player through Harrys more adult years and his final battle against he who shall not be named…

So will you be getting The LEGO Harry Potter Collection when it releases or have you already played it and you might just revisit them for the feels? Let us know down in the comments below or over on Twitter. Thanks for reading guys and I’ll catch you next time.
